Return Policy

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — but please note the following:

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• You received the wrong size and would like to exchange it
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is significantly different from the product photos

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• A change of mind
• Normal variations due to the handmade nature of the product

How to Request a Return

Please email us at gardenstudio.contact@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief explanation. We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Shipping costs for returns (except in the case of damaged or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the customer.
